After starting his legal career working at corporate law firms, Cemil Şaar quickly began working independently. During this process, due to his expertise in private international law and foreign language proficiency, he started working with various foreign investors and companies. Managing numerous foreign investments in Turkey, Cemil Şaar has provided and continues to provide support to his clients, primarily operating in textile, construction, hospitality, and web3 sectors, in processes such as company establishment, process management, litigation, and other dispute resolution. He continues his professional activities, which mainly focus on foreign investors, by providing a roadmap that includes all aspects of investing in Turkey.

Cemil Şaar has also continuously developed himself academically, and after completing his undergraduate studies, he successfully defended his thesis titled “A Historical, Comparative and Critical Analysis of the Concept of Citizenship and Particularly the Genuine Link Theory” as part of his master’s studies at Bilkent University, graduating with honors.

Currently, he continues his academic activities and is pursuing his doctoral thesis studies in Private International Law at Istanbul University.
